What can be refunded

Below are the situations that can be refunded.

Make sure your case meets the conditions before you send a request.

✅ REFUNDABLE

• Unable to buck another player off

• Unable to run after being pounced or taking damage

• Stuck in the sparring state

• Dying while stuck (for example stuck in terrain or floating in the air)

• Dying because a group member crashed (case by case)

• Severe rubberbanding caused by the server

• Dying because someone else broke the rules (for example Overpack, cheating…)

• Food stuck in the mouth

• A Pteranodon dying after flying into an invisible wall

Unreal Engine crash: video evidence needed

Đất Việt has 2 ways to get a refund after an Unreal Engine crash.

For both, video evidence is essential.

▶️ WAY 1 — SCREEN RECORDING

🎥 An uncut screen recording

Not edited, not cut, nothing missing.

💥 The crash is clearly visible

Including: the game freezing, the crash message, the game closing, the Unreal Crash Reporter and the screen going back to the desktop.

🕒 The system time is visible

The Windows clock is on screen, or opened right after the crash.

⏱️ Send it within 30 minutes

The time must match the server's log.

▶️ WAY 2 — A FRIEND'S F2 REPLAY

If you cannot follow Way 1 because your PC is too weak or for another reason, you can use this alternative.

👥 Your FRIEND's view in an F2 Replay

It must be the F2 recording from your friend's side, so Staff can clearly see that you crashed.

🚶 Infinite walk

The dinosaur must be seen walking without stopping, being pulled back to where it was, and then dying.

⚠️ If the outcome was already decided (certain death), the refund request is not accepted, because it may be seen as crashing on purpose.

Before you send a request

📁 A crash file on its own is NOT accepted as valid evidence of a crash.

🪟 If you Alt-Tab out of the game while recording and the game then crashes, the refund request is refused.

📤 Make sure your evidence is clear, complete and sent in time, to avoid delays or a refusal.

⚖️ STAFF ALWAYS HAVE THE FINAL SAY IN A TICKET

Harassing, belittling or disrespecting Staff after a refused refund can be punished (blacklist, warning, timeout…), or lead to removal from the server in serious cases.
